    　　介质中固体的含量一般不超过40%，如固体为粉末微粒时含量最高可达60%或更高，如水煤液等。

    四、按泵输送不同的介质时的转速范围

    　　如果介质中含有磨蚀性物料，必须根据其磨蚀性程度，按表五降低泵的运行转速，以保证泵有足够的寿命。

    五、按介质含有磨蚀性物料情况，泵所允许的最高运行转速。

    　　　　D、输送介质的粘度也是选泵需要的一个因素，泵的运行转速随着介质的粘度而降低，若粘度达到150000
    　　　　　mpa以上时，一般结构的泵无法吸入，则必须增设喂料器等特殊设计。

    V-单端面机械密封，一般适用于本身有自润性，不含杂质的各种粘度介质，如原油，种化工原料等，寿命较长，密封可靠。

    2V-双端面机械密封，适用于介质本身有自润性差，有毒，易燃易爆，易挥发，含有磨耗性颗粒及气体，要求严格“零泄漏”密封。
    2V-double-end mechanical seal suitable for media which are self-lubricating ,toxic ,flammable explosive volatile, and contain abrasive particulates and gases, and require "zero leak"seal.
